All tickets are being handled through the arenas Ticketmaster system here.

Attendees can choose between standing (floor) tickets directly in front of the stage or a seated ticket in the stalls.

SSE Arena is located in the Titanic quarter of Belfast and has a number of public transport links as well as a number of parking spaces.

Timings

We believe wholeheartedly that true transformation requires a heart of devotion. That's why we'll be gathering for a full afternoon and evening.

The event is currently planned to run from 1-9pm

food & Drink

Throughout the arena there are 13 concessions outlets serving a selection of drinks, hot food and sweet snacks.

Blue Outlets serve Hot Food & Drinks and Green Outlets serve drinks & crisps and confectionary.

FAQ

can I change my ticket type?

If you bought your ticket through our website, we might be able to change it for you (e.g. from standing to sitting).
Contact store@thesend.uk with your order number and request and we'll see what we can do.

Can I change my seat?

It might be possible to change your seat but there are no guarantees that the seat or block you want is available.

Can I move around in the arena?

Anyone with a seated ticket will not be permitted into the standing area.
If you have a seated ticket, you may be able to move around if there is space but this is at the discretion of the venue staff.

Can I bring food and drink into the arenA?

You can bring confectionary, but drinks cannot be brought into the Venue. If you have a medical condition or need to bring babies milk, please email our customer services at customerservices@ovoarena.co.uk. A variety of beverages will be available for purchase within the Venue and free water is available on the concourses from our water dispensers so we advise people bring an empty water bottle.

Can I leave the building and come back in later?

OVO Arena does not allow you to leave and re-enter.

We're coming in a minibus. Where can we drop off and pickup?

OVO Arena doesn't have allocated dropoff points and it will be likely very busy due to an event in the stadium at the same time. We suggest you plan an appropriate place nearby for dropoff and collection, and be aware that parking nearby can be a challenge.

does my child need a ticket?

Wembley's rules are that anyone aged 18months or younger at the event doesn't need a ticket. But parents should be aware that the child will need to sit on their lap (i.e. they don't get their own seat) and that they won't be allowed into the standing area.

Can i bring a pushchair?

No, pushchairs cannot be brought into the auditorium and there is nowhere to store them during the event.

why is the event 4.5 hours long?

Our goal as THE SEND is transformation over information.

From our experience, a concentrated experience of unified worship, prayer, messages and response creates that atmosphere for personal transformation. Each hour is necessary and built intentionally to catalyse every person to be sent with understanding and passion into the Great Commission.

are there group discounts?

Yes! If you get a group together and purchase 10 or more tickets, you will save £5 per ticket using the code GROUP10 at the checkout.

Will there be childcare?

There is no childcare at THE SEND

what items are prohibited from the arena?

For security reasons, bags larger than 40 x 35 x 19cm aren’t allowed.
Luggage can’t go into the auditorium, or be stored anywhere in the venue.

The arena policy dictates that cameras with a 35mm+ lens are not allowed.
If your camera has a detachable lens, you won’t be allowed to bring it into the auditorium.

where do wheelchair users go?

Wheelchair users get specific places in the auditorium, unless they opt to go into the standing area.
This does mean they are likely to be separated from their group though.
